About this role

• Provides leadership and oversight for the Wildlife Services National Wildlife Research Center (NWRC) and ensures NWRC mission focus on methods development. • Develops strategic and operational plans that ensure effective NWRC support for and contributions to Wildlife Services mission, reflecting a high level of awareness of program priorities and goals. • Participates as a member of the Wildlife Services Management Team in the formulation and administration of plans, policies and objectives. • Leads, through subordinate staff, the development, direction and implementation of laboratory and field research cooperative programs with Federal, Tribal, State, local government officials and other interested groups, organizations and individuals. • Provides leadership and direction in evaluating the effectiveness of program operations.…
