• Develops plans, prepares, schedules, and sets priorities for work to be accomplished. • Provides leadership and guidance to the resource teams in working with local governing bodies of soil and water conservation districts. • Facilitates, with discipline specialists, the periodic quality review of work performed by employees in the assigned area and reviews work reports to determine how work is progressing and for adherence to technical standards policies/procedures. • Develops and manages the compliance programs. • Develops programs, plans, and procedures for soil erosion problem identification, needs assessment, and technology selection for soil erosion problems. • Provides supervision to a wide variety of technical and administrative staff.…
