• Some of the major duties you will perform include but are not limited to the following: Program management - the incumbent serves as a senior manager exercising leadership and direction for the Field Office. Budget development - plans, negotiates, and executes budgets and serves as the accountable official for the Field Office. Senior Leadership/Advisor/Representative - the incumbent serves as an expert consultant and provides authoritative advice to assigned employees, senior management and other officials concerning complex scientific, political, and economic issues; prepares positions papers; reviews documents and plans; and makes implementation decisions.
